No, My-ShopsOnline.com will only charge you your monthly subscription fee and nothing else.

We do offer further services such as Web Design & Search Engine Optimisation, which you can purchase once you are a member of our website.



Yes, once you become a member of our website, if you wish to sell your products worldwide you can purchase our international currency converter for only £50.00.


Yes, although this depends on which package you purchase.
If you purchase the Standard Edition, your domain will look like this: http://yourdomain.my-shopsonline.com
If you purchase the Executive Edition, you can choose what ever domain you want.
(Please note domain names are subject to availability, if your selected domain name is not available we will advise you with alternatives).

Questions about our e-commerce software


As soon as an order is placed on your website our software generates a purchase order that is emailed to you as the store owner and to the customer. The purchase order has all the details on for the order eg. What product they purchased, delivery address etc.


Once you have received the purchase order email, you will then receive an email off the Payment Gateway provider eg. PayPal, to confirm that the money is in your account.
Please note: Do not send out any products until you have received confirmation for payment of the product.


Yes, all of the websites that use our e-commerce software have a secure checkout facility to take credit card payments online.


Yes, My-ShopsOnline supports all internet browsers. FireFox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Chrome.


Yes, My-ShopsOnline can be used on either Apple Macs or PC's.


Yes, If you sign up to the Executive Package we install Google Analytics. Google Analytics will give you detailed reporting on how your website is performing and what keywords customers are using to find your website.

Yes, we manage all the hosting of your website.


Once you have had your account for 6 months you have the option to cancel your account. Just submit a support ticket to cancellations in you 'Member Area'.


Log into your account and click on 'Your Details' you can then change your username and password.


Simply enter your username and password into the 'Customer Login' Panel and click login, you then have a new button called 'Admin', click the admin button to access your stores control panel.


Domain Names


Yes, there is no problem in setting up your new online shop on your current domain name.


If you are interested in using our e-commerce software and want to purchase a domain, simply sign up to one of our software packages and we will register the domain name for you.


Yes, if you want to transfer your domain over to us we can set-up the transfer.


If you have already registered your domain name all we need to do is point your domain to our servers.


Emails


Yes, once your website is registered we can set-up your email address.
